We Go Back To On The Way Cafe

...and after only one day! This time, we noticed the coffee machine is up and running, and icy, bottled Pellegrino water sits on every table.

What we love: the grilled vegetable wrap, and in that we are not alone.  Chef Joseph Mortelliti says he makes the pizza-crust wrap himself every morning, but can't seem to make enough to keep up with demand.

We also love that the Cafe is packed, and hope it stays busy after the opening-week buzz dies down.   There are two expert, easy-going but energetic waitresses who seem to be on top of things, even with a full house on a Friday afternoon.

Desserts are not on the menu yet but will be in the near future.  Look for cheesecake, and home-made cream puffs.

Thanks!! It's great to have a place so close to the park again!
The transformation is beautiful, if they can do weekend breakfast as well as the lunches, they are all set to rock that corner!

Given how bad we looked at trial, do we even want to appeal the Witt case? If we don't appeal Witt, though, have we in effect conceded the whole ball game? Will a lame duck session pull our butts out of the fire? This is really no fun.
